1.按照先液体后粉类的顺序,面包桶内打入一个鸡蛋,倒入牛奶,白砂糖;奶粉,倒入高筋面粉,粉类中央挖洞放入酵母,启动一次揉面程序。

2.揉出光滑面团后加入软化的黄油和食盐(后油后盐法),再启动一次揉面程序,可以拉出透明的手套膜。

3.将面团收圆放入盆中进行基础发酵。

4.发酵至两倍大。

10.用手搓长与9寸模具宽度一致。

11.模具内放一张硅油纸,将排包胚放入烤盘。

12.烤盘送入烤箱底部放一碗烧开的滚烫开水进行第二次发酵。

13.发酵至两倍大。

14.刷上牛奶液。以上下火180℃预热烤箱。
